How to raise funds for a charity or school

Care Cards make it really easy for registered charities or schools to raise funds. 

Your organisation simply has to  Register  to be an Affilliate on our website, place an order, distribute the Care Badges and encourage people to Pay-It-Forward.

There are only 3 conditions:

1) Your organisation must be a registered charity or school.

2) Your highest ranking official must complete the registration process 

3) Your organisation must raise funds for a good reason.  It is required to state the reason upon registration. (You can raise funds for existing and new initiatives!)    

What's the deal?

We sell Care Cards for twenty five rand (R25.00), excluding postage. (See currency converter in left pane.)

We pay our affiliates R12.50 on each Care Card sale. 

(Care Cards cost money to make and we have to pay the rent. We invest all excess funds into our South African Schools Project) 

How to keep track of sales and funds raised 

Our registered Affiliates are each given a unique CareCards URL. 

For example, www.carecards/109865

For an additional cost of R100.00, it is possible to order a specific URL which is easier to remember (see shopping cart).

For example, www.westfordhighschool.carecards.co.za 

Anyone wishing to contribute to your fund raising campaign must purchase Care Cards from your Affiliate website only.

Our state-of-the-art technology tracks all the Care Cards sales that come from your organization.  You can see your sales and commission pay outs by logging in to your Affiliate website with your Affiliate username and password.   

Paying-It-Forward 

You can really make a BIG difference by Paying It Forward.  The beauty of the Pay-It-Forward principle is that it encompasses the power of exponential growth. (If you don't already know, EXPONENTIAL means...just keeps getting bigger and bigger.)

The principle is:  One person buys a card and gives badges away to three people, who are encouraged to buy cards and give badges away to three people, who are encouraged to?.   I?m sure you get it, right?

• 1 person buys a Care Card and gives badges to 3 people.
• 3 people buy a Care Card and give badges to 9 people.
• 9 peope buy a Care Card and give badges to 27 people.

....and so on and so on.  The momentum of your fund raising campaign grows exponentially - ever increasing awareness and income generated.

The beauty of it is when you Pay-It-Forward and get your Care Badge recipients to Pay-It-Forward, and so on, funds will eventually keep rolling into your organization without you having to lift a finger.
